Forbeswood Parklane Towers I and II overall project accomplishment is 99.44% complete. Turnover of 5th floor amenities to
Admin are ongoing for Tower 1. Final application of painting materials at common areas is also ongoing. Current activities for all towers includes punch listing of works for architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing/sanitary, fire protection, aluminum window frames, interior painting, intercom, kitchen cabinets, bedroom closets and laminated flooring.
The project is on progress with accordance to its schedule.
